Had to go back for a 2nd tour to see another apartment type yesterday. Just as great as the first one I saw. Loved both. The staff is so friendly and the conversation with the girls while touring is amazing and make you feel like they want this to be your new home. They take their time showing the apartment. The girl that was with me stood on the balcony talking for a good couple of minutes. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely love these and I think this will be the apartment I choose! Also there are no other building around so it’s quite.

I also follow them on instagram and they are always doing giveaways and community interactions! That’s a huge plus bc it shows that they actually care about their tenants. Will be back in September when my lease is up.

I have been living at the ICO Vista Station apartments in Draper for 7 months now, and have had the best experience here out of any other apartments I have lived in. There is a strong sense of community here from the staff and residents that makes it feel like a great home. They work hard on events for the residents and I love the updates on Instagram such as 'pet of the month'. Allie has been consistently helpful on anything I need addressed, and maintenance is always prompt. All in all a wonderful place to call home.

I would highly recommend ICO Vista Station! Management has been incredible to work with, extremely responsive and reliable.

Kyla helped finalize my move in and she made the entire experience pleasant from our very first interaction. She ultimately was the reason I chose to make Ico my next chapter. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

The location is to die for, the views are unreal and the units themselves are beautiful!

Now that I have lived here for over a month I feel comfortable sharing my review. I love living here. Katie and Carlos are so kind and very accommodating. I had one minor service request that was filled in a timely manner. Every question or concern I had was answered honestly and quickly.

The area is quite, and the views are beautiful. There are no hidden fees and everything is explained upfront.

I cannot hear my neighbors talking or their TVs and such so the integrated sound barrier is doing its job.

The amenities are phenomenal. And the building is beautiful.

There is 24/7 security so I never feel at risk.

For moving into my first apartment I have felt very welcomed here and I feel like I made the right choice calling this place my home.

Moved in about a month ago and i just haven’t had the time to review. BUT I can say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m moving from out of state and saw more that 15 complexes and this was the best one. Overall the knowledge from the agents was amazing they truly made it feel like home. Allie and Kyla made the whole move in process so smooth.
